A company is looking for an HR Specialist to support various human resources functions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and mediating conflicts
- Administer employee benefits programs and support compensation-related activities
- Create and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in HR or a related field preferred, focusing on recruitment and employee relations
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms preferred
