The target pay range for this position is $-$ annually. The full pay range is $80,800.00 - $ annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

- Drive Performance Management Operations:
You’ll manage key performance management deliverables by planning projects, tracking progress, and coordinating across teams to ensure cyclical processes run smoothly and on time. - Design and Maintain Talent Resources:
You’ll keep SharePoint pages, toolkits, and job aids current, well-organized, and easy to navigate—making it simple for stakeholders to find what they need, when they need it. - Ensure System Accuracy and Readiness:
You’ll conduct user acceptance testing UAT for Workday workflows and reports, helping ensure accuracy, usability, and a seamless experience before launch. - Enable Learning and Training Experiences:
You’ll support training sessions and enablement efforts in partnership with the Talent Development team, helping bring new tools and processes to life. - Coordinate Talent Reviews and Succession Planning:
You’ll manage logistics, prepare materials, and support follow-up actions for talent reviews and succession planning, working closely with HR partners. - Support Career Frameworks and Pathways:
You’ll contribute to career framework initiatives by mapping roles, extracting skills from job descriptions, maintaining visual career maps, and tracking learning resources tied to career pathways. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
You’ll use data, feedback, and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement, surfacing risks, dependencies, and resource needs to your Manager for prioritization and guidance. - Deliver Clear Talent Communications:
You’ll execute communication campaigns for both cyclical and episodic talent activities, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, timely, and relevant updates. - Collaborate Across Strategic Initiatives:
You’ll partner on additional project work streams that align talent strategies with broader organizational priorities. - Support the Team Where Needed:
You’ll perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the talent team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, and/or Program Management.
