Sports Care & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT.
We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal!
- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- A therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for their patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
Salary Range: $93,000 - $104,832, dependent upon hand therapy experience
Please note that there is a different salary scale for non-CHTs. Please inquire.
