Pay: $50,000 — $75,000 per year (DOE)

Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center is a modern, patient-focused medical aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in injectables, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight-loss programs. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional results in a welcoming, professional environment. We’re looking for a Practice Manager who will be a trusted, on-site leader and the driving force behind smooth daily operations—someone who ensures the patient and team experience remains exceptional, even when the owner is not onsite.

• Oversee daily operations to keep the clinic running efficiently and seamlessly.
• Be the leadership presence and point of accountability when the owner is not onsite.
• Lead, support, and inspire a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily performance metrics.
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations.
• Partner with providers and the medical director to elevate patient care and experience.
• Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives to help the practice grow.
• Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and care.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or wellness setting (required).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care.
• Weekend availability is required.
