Behavioral Health Support Specialists - Jefferson

Overview

The Behavioral Health Support Specialists is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the BHSS to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supportive services to residents of a Residential Treatment Home in alignment with a personalized service plan.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check screening.
  • Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.

  • Starting wage: $20.14 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour)
  • Wage Scale: $20.14 - $24.50
  • Reports to:

    Housing Manager
