OverviewThe Behavioral Health Support Specialists is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the BHSS to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.
Responsibilities- Provide direct supportive services to residents of a Residential Treatment Home in alignment with a personalized service plan.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass background check screening.
- Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.

Jefferson - Shift: On Call/Relief
- Starting wage: $20.14 an hour (Night shifts additional $.75 an hour)
- Wage Scale: $20.14 - $24.50
- Reports to:
Housing Manager
- Paid Training Provided, including Oregon Intervention System (OIS), CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration, and more
