About The Role
Consciousabraxas Enterprise, Corp. is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance across our mental health services. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical quality, ethical standards, and compliance while supporting and supervising clinical staff.
The Clinical Director serves as the clinical authority of the organization, working in partnership with executive leadership to support growth, quality care, and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Oversight- Provide clinical leadership and direction across mental health services
- Ensure services meet ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
- Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker for the organization
- Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians as required
- Support clinician onboarding from a clinical perspective
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance
- Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and risk management
- Participate in clinical interviews and evaluations of clinical candidates
- Recommend candidates for hire from a clinical standpoint
- Advise leadership on scope of practice, supervision needs, and clinical fit
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and ethical regulations
- Oversee clinical quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, reviews, and accreditation requirements as needed
- Handle payroll, HR administration, or benefits
- Manage non-clinical staff operations
- Make final employment or compensation decisions
(All business and employment decisions remain with executive leadership.)
Qualifications- Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in telehealth environments is a plus
This role requires strict adherence to HIPAA and all confidentiality standards. Completion of required compliance training is mandatory.
