Behavioral Therapists (ABA) to support children with autism through one‑on‑one therapy.
We’re a supportive, growth‑oriented team dedicated to providing high‑quality, individualized care — and we’re looking for both entry‑level and experienced therapists to join us.
- Full‑time or part‑time
:
Full‑time preferred (~28.5–35 hours/week), but part‑time (~15–20 hours/week) applicants are welcome - Opportunity to increase hours or adjust schedule as your caseload grows
- Hybrid model
:
Primarily in‑person sessions. Telehealth opportunities may arise, with potential for additional remote sessions after 90 days
- Provide 1:1 support to children with autism, teaching communication, social, and life skills
- Implement evidence‑based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, PRT)
- Collect and track client progress data during each session
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members
- Mentor entry‑level therapists (for Behavior Therapist II roles)
- $22–$23/hr (Behavior Therapist I – entry‑level)
- $24–$28/hr (Behavior Therapist II – experienced)
- Paid training + RBT certification
- Potential sign‑on bonus

What We’re Looking For- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree (or enrolled in psychology, education, or related field)
OR strong ABA‑related experience - Clear TB test, fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations
- Comfortable with technology (computer + mobile)
- Dependable and reliable
- Open communicator — willing to share feedback and suggestions
- Receptive to coaching and constructive criticism
- Works well in a collaborative team environment
- Takes initiative and shows strong problem‑solving skills
- Passionate about supporting children with autism and their families
