Education / Experience
  • Graduate of an APTA‑accredited school of physical therapy.
Computer Skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
  • Basic Internet navigation skills.
Certificates and Licenses
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

Provide Physical Therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Maintain positive client interactions, provide ongoing treatment per plan of care, supervise Rehab Techs (where required), and perform case‑management duties. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Optimize functional abilities and skills of patients under the PT’s direction.
  • Build a strong physical therapy program.
  • Enhance clinical, professional, and managerial skills through continued education and interactions with staff.
  • Maintain a valid state license and stay current on profession and healthcare environment issues.
  • Understand billing models and clinical delivery modes, and provide quality care within guidelines.
  • Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively in English across all written and verbal channels.
