Mental Health Therapists & Clinical Supervisors (Oregon). Alexander Counseling Center is expanding and seeking licensed and pre-licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing team. We are hiring for part-time and full-time roles, with flexibility in hours based on clinician availability, role, and desired caseload. This opportunity is well-suited for clinicians who value ethical, trauma-informed care and want flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality or professional support.

• Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Registered Associate)
• Clinical Supervisor (Oregon-approved supervisor)

These are in-person (possibly hybrid) positions.

$40–$55 per hour
, depending on:

• Experience and licensure level
• Role (Therapist vs. Clinical Supervisor)
• Caseload size and responsibilities

Clinicians may work as many hours as they are willing to see clients, with schedules developed collaboratively.

Our clinicians primarily work with adults experiencing:

• Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress (PTS)
• Anxiety and depression
• Adjustment-related concerns
• Grief and loss

• Flexible scheduling (part-time to full-time options)
• Supportive, collaborative clinical culture
• Training and support in Medicaid/OHP-compliant documentation
• Free clinical supervision for Registered Associates
• EMDR training available (after 90-day trial period, for eligible roles)
• Opportunities for growth into leadership or supervisory roles

Part-time positions do not include PTO, holiday pay, or health insurance benefits.

• Oregon licensure or registration (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or Registered Associate)
• Oregon residency and eligibility to serve Oregon clients
• Ability to complete timely, compliant clinical documentation
• For supervisors: must meet Oregon requirements to provide clinical supervision
