Care Partner – Full Time – Memory Care at Meridian Senior Living

We are looking for a Full‑Time Care Partner for our Memory Care team. This day shift runs 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Position Details

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. You will keep accurate care records, report changes in residents’ conditions, and interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of required state training.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
  • Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
  • Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality and privacy.
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
