Integrated Team Care Manager; ITBC

Position: Integrated Team Based Care Manager (ITBC)
* Required:

Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Science field from an accredited college or university.
* Demonstrated competency to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by OAR. The incumbent is expected to keep certification current and in compliance with the OAR’s.,  
* or have the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
** Understanding of recovery model, motivational interviewing, illness management and recovery, evidence-based practices, and strength-based case management philosophies and strategies.
* Understand and align with harm reduction philosophies, cultural responsiveness, and trauma informed care.
* Knowledge of best practices.
* Operate computer hardware and software at a level needed to effectively perform job functions.
* Ability to commute to other locations.
* Ability to perform BPR, First Aid, and effectively use AED equipment. BPR/ First Aid certifications are required and must remain current.
