Fiscal Analyst

Position: Fiscal Analyst 1
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting or a related degree (such as Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics or other analytical or technical degree).  
** OR
* * Three years experience in management, policy or program analysis, or technical-level budgetary support activities.
* Ability to make a strong analytical assessment of facts and figures.
* Ability to work independently.
* Advanced skills in Excel, systems queries, processing, and reporting.
* Understanding of computer-based asset management system (Asset Works).
* Ability to monitor, reconcile, and verify financial data and coding activities across program accounts and sub-accounts.
* Ability to collaborate with program staff on analysis and development of forecasting models for short- and long-term equipment replacement planning.
