We are looking for a CFP® Professional ready to take their career to the next level. We are growing quickly and need an experienced advisor to take the lead on new clients that come into our firm. There is tremendous upside in this role, as we are a young, growing firm!
Location: Saint Paul, MN (our policy is if you are assigned a role on a client that comes into the office, you should be there. Otherwise, you can work remotely)
Employment Type: Full-time, W2
Benefits:
- $110,000-$150,000, based on experience, with a 10% bonus (paid quarterly) based on firm performance

- Serve as a lead financial planner for both new and existing clients of the firm
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning with an emphasis on retirement and tax strategies utilizing our systematic client service calendar called the Bedrock Planning Process. Also featured here on Kitces.
- Provide proactive, high-touch service to build client confidence and trust
- Partner with the firm owners to onboard new client relationships
- This role centers on client service and relationship management rather than prospecting
- Manage current firm workflows and help develop new ones to increase operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree, CFP® designation
- 6+ years of experience in a planning role. This role is ideal for someone who is a new lead planner, or ready to transition to a lead advisor, but at a firm without that career track
- Proficiency with Google Suite, financial planning software, tax projections
