Daksta are partnered with a nationally recognized design-build contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support 6 large-scale, hyperscale data center campuses currently under construction in Oregon. This is a high-visibility role on a technically complex, fast-track mission-critical project serving a global technology client.

Our client has an extensive and growing footprint across Oregon as they are partnered with a Major Data Center developer and have been for 15 years. This opportunity offers industry leading career growth and long-term project continuity, including additional data center construction work throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, management, and maintenance of the project schedule
  • Lead pull-planning and schedule coordination meetings with project leadership and trade partners.
  • Perform critical path analyses, identify schedule risks, and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in scope, sequencing, and resource availability.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 to create and manage detailed construction schedules.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices and procedures.
  • Prepare and present schedule progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication of project timelines and potential delays.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of construction scheduling experience (mission-critical or industrial experience strongly preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM best practices.
  • Experience on ground up construction, multi-building or campus-style projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, phasing, and commissioning logic.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Coming from, or experience working for, a General contractor
