Constructionwillinvolvecivilworks,PVmoduleinstallation,electrical systems,andcommissioningactivities,requiringstrictadherencetoqualitystandardsandsafetycompliance.

Weareseekinga
Quality Manager
tooverseeconstructionqualityandcompliancethroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

Thisroleensuresallworkmeetsengineeringstandards,projectspecifications,andregulatoryrequirements.

• Implementandmanage the project’s
  Quality Management System ,includinginspectionprotocolsandcorrectiveactions.
• Developandenforcequalitystandardsforcivilworks,PVmoduleinstallation,inverters,racking,andelectricalsystems.
• Conductregularsiteinspectionsandaudits;manage
  
  Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs) andensuretimelyresolution.
• Coordinate with
  
  EPCcontractors,vendors,andinternalteamstomaintaincompliancewithprojectspecifications.
• Providequalityoversightduringcommissioningandturnoverphases.
• Prepareandpresentqualityreportstoprojectleadershipandstakeholders.
• Drivecontinuousimprovementthroughlessonslearnedandbestpractices.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering
  (Mechanical,Civil,Electrical,orrelatedfield) required.
• 5+yearsofexperiencein
  
  Quality
  
  Managementforlarge-scaleenergyorinfrastructureprojects.
• Strongknowledgeof
  
  QMSframeworks,ISO
  9001,CAPAprocesses,androot-cause analysis.
• Familiaritywithutility-scalesolarconstruction,includingfoundations,modules,inverters,andcabling.
• Provenabilitytomanagequalitydocumentation,audits,NCRs,andcorrectiveactions.
• Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillsacrossmultidisciplinaryteams.
• Commitmenttosafety,reliability,andcompliancestandards.
