Weareseekinga
Quality Manager
tooverseeconstructionqualityandcompliancethroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
Thisroleensuresallworkmeetsengineeringstandards,projectspecifications,andregulatoryrequirements.
- Implementandmanage the project’s
Quality Management System ,includinginspectionprotocolsandcorrectiveactions. - Developandenforcequalitystandardsforcivilworks,PVmoduleinstallation,inverters,racking,andelectricalsystems.
- Conductregularsiteinspectionsandaudits;manage
Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs) andensuretimelyresolution. - Coordinate with
EPCcontractors,vendors,andinternalteamstomaintaincompliancewithprojectspecifications. - Providequalityoversightduringcommissioningandturnoverphases.
- Prepareandpresentqualityreportstoprojectleadershipandstakeholders.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementthroughlessonslearnedandbestpractices.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering
(Mechanical,Civil,Electrical,orrelatedfield) required. - 5+yearsofexperiencein
Quality
Managementforlarge-scaleenergyorinfrastructureprojects. - Strongknowledgeof
QMSframeworks,ISO
9001,CAPAprocesses,androot-cause analysis. - Familiaritywithutility-scalesolarconstruction,includingfoundations,modules,inverters,andcabling.
- Provenabilitytomanagequalitydocumentation,audits,NCRs,andcorrectiveactions.
- Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillsacrossmultidisciplinaryteams.
- Commitmenttosafety,reliability,andcompliancestandards.
