The ED Physician MD will report to an Emergency Medicine Medical Director in collaboration with a Chief Medical Officer. They will work with seasoned nurses, skilled advanced practice providers, and a diverse team including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, social work, and case management. Key responsibilities include leading acute resuscitations, managing high‑acuity and fast‑track care, coordinating with EMS, mentoring team members, partnering on throughput and quality metrics, and delivering compassionate, timely care alongside multidisciplinary professionals who value teamwork and inclusivity.
