Team, reporting structure, and clinical scope: The Invasive Cardiologist MD will report to the Medical Director of Cardiology and partner closely with Cardiovascular Service Line leadership. Supported by experienced cath lab nurses, skilled technologists, advanced practice providers, sonographers, hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiothoracic surgery colleagues, the Invasive Cardiologist MD will provide diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, STEMI coverage aligned with top-tier door-to-balloon metrics, inpatient and outpatient care, imaging interpretation as privileged, participation in multidisciplinary conferences, and leadership in quality initiatives—thriving within a collegial environment known for friendly nurses and a diverse, team-first culture.
