PositionSummary
Under the direction and supervision of an administrator, activity advisors shall foster the quest for excellence by assisting in creating an educational experience for students within an atmosphere of promoting high standards of competence, character, inclusivity, civility, and citizenship. Advisors shall instruct students in an academic setting which promotes learning and self-exploration within the confines of the activity.
Terms and SchedulingThis assignment is for the school year. Days and hours for the position will vary depending on the activity.
The position and its compensation amount are contingent upon sufficient funding and the ability to satisfy public health standards as determined by the District using guidance from the Governor's Office, the Oregon Health Authority and other public health authorities. This information may not be known prior to the selected candidate being hired. Changes in compensation for some positions may be subject to discussions with NCEA.
