• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and ongoing support.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a personalized, needs-based review approach.
• Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market the right products and services to meet those needs.

• A genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to actively listen and build rapport.
• A people-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer functions and technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
