What You’ll Do

  • Assist Project Managers and Project Leads in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and budgets on right of way projects
  • Support survey, right of way acquisition, and damage settlement during construction activities
  • Communicate frequently with appropriate personnel to stay informed of project status
  • Create and update project status reports
  • Assist with project analysis and reporting as required
  • Provide status updates for each project and administer schedules and reports
  • Assist with administrative areas for projects and daily right of way management operations
  • Provide project analysis and support to Right of Way Project Managers, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Leads

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines and balances multiple projects by prioritizing effectively
  • Demonstrates responsibility, organization, and planning skills
  • Has a desire to learn
  • Is analytical and detail oriented
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced administrative office setting
  • Minimum of (5) five years of technical documentation experience within the Right of Way and/or Real Estate industry
  • Musthave knowledge of Oregon (ORS) and Federal (URA) guidelines for Right of Way
  • Must have experience tracking, reporting, and analyzing data
  • Must be technologically proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with other electronic databases
  • Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
