This inventory & purchasing coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing and inventory control process such as ordering parts, submitting warranty requests, shipping and receiving, and ensuring that invoices and credits are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.

• Build sheet metal duct work and transitions for new HVAC installs
• Create purchase orders and receive invoices for parts and equipment needed for job completion.
• Submit warranty requests to vendors and manufacturers.
• Perform inventories on technician vehicles and warehouses.
• Stock and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying orders are complete with no damage, resolving issues if they arise. Both manually and with equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack.
• Research and purchase parts, tools and inventory for HVAC, Plumbing, Duct Cleaning, and other trades.
• Review pricing and part availability for various vendors.
• Monitor and clearly communicate back-ordered items with proven exhaustion of all available vendors and resources.
• Work closely with team members of multiple departments to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of work.
• Warehouse and property maintenance
• Assist customers with over-the-counter purchases
• Deliver and pick up orders as needed.
• Perform other tasks and duties as needed.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
