Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level) – Azure Standard

Azure Standard’s Logistics Coordinator reports to the Logistics Operations Manager and works closely to support the entire Logistics department. The role requires competency and accuracy with detail‑oriented work, dependable follow‑through on assigned tasks, and excellent customer service. The coordinator serves as the primary communication link between drivers, customers, and other relevant departments. Zoom meetings are held throughout the work day, except for a ½ hour lunch break.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm PST.

• Provide after‑hours on‑call logistics support in rotation with other team members to meet 24/7 coverage (1 week every 6 weeks).

• Coordinate outbound logistics information with Azure drop‑point coordinators, customers, and drivers, including delivery schedules and notifications of delays or route changes.
• Respond to incoming driver requests on delivery routes and provide necessary assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date route schedules.
• Secure shipping for FTL and LTL product returning to Moro, OR in a timely manner.
• Vet and set up new drop requests.
• Follow procedures for documenting all shipment movement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Operations Manager.
