• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance processes
• Develop orchestration, guardrails, and measurement techniques for AI Agents
• Architect and develop distributed systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide technical direction and collaborate with management and stakeholders on strategic roadmaps
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Strong passion for building an open financial system that connects the world
• Proficient in writing high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
• Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively

• Experience deploying LLM-based applications and improving their grounding to specific corpuses
• Familiarity with Customer Support Compliance or Financial Crimes domains
• Previous involvement in AI-driven projects and automation processes
