• Define and manage the technical roadmap for the next-generation object storage platform
• Design and implement core subsystems for object storage, focusing on performance and reliability

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems or storage engineering, particularly in object storage
• Expertise in programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, or Go, with strong skills in performance profiling
• Solid understanding of storage technologies including erasure coding and consistency protocols
• Proven experience designing scalable systems with high availability and low latency
• Experience in mentoring engineers and aligning technical work with product strategy

• Experience with high-performance storage in AI/ML data pipelines or HPC environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native storage APIs and Kubernetes-based deployments
• Understanding of hybrid storage architectures and file-to-object transition patterns
• Contributions to open-source storage frameworks or experience in scalable storage startups
