What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive front-end excellence, ensuring fast, accessible, and visually polished user experiences

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 12+ years as a software engineer, with experience shipping production code

  • Deep architectural expertise in designing scalable and maintainable systems
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next, Graph

    QL) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python)
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in operational excellence, including observability and incident response
  • Skilled in aligning engineering efforts with product and business goals
  • Comfortable navigating high ambiguity and enabling effective execution in uncertain environments
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet goals without management oversight
  • Experience introducing new architecture and design concepts, including coaching and adoption
