• Develop and implement scalable and performant software solutions
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, including conducting thorough pull request reviews
• Focus on observability, alerting, metrics, and high test coverage to minimize risk
• Drive frequent releases that build incremental value for the organization

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an engineer building full-stack web applications
• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience making technical decisions in a team setting
• At least 2 years of experience coaching other engineers

• Experience building robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
• Proficiency in architecting and implementing batch and streaming data pipelines using Python, Spark, or SQL-based technologies
• Familiarity with automation around validation and testing frameworks
• Knowledge of database replication, sharding, and scalability techniques
• Experience in performance tuning existing workflows and optimizing large-scale data processing
