• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Proven track record of shipping complex features end-to-end
• Strong product intuition with the ability to challenge requirements when necessary
• Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and NodeJS backend development
• Experience building and shipping LLM-based features in production environments

• Experience with advanced React, state management, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Interest or experience with mobile development using React Native
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization (Postgre
