• Design and develop software while improving existing code for efficiency and bug detection
• Write unit tests and validate software against acceptance criteria
• Lead code reviews and communicate application changes effectively
• Conduct impact analysis to identify changes across multiple applications
• Mentor less experienced software engineers and participate in talent selection

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience or comparable depth of experience
• Experience overseeing technical direction of a team across multiple applications
• Expert understanding of multiple object-oriented programming languages and design patterns
• Extensive experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience creating solutions for personalized omnichannel journeys across web and mobile applications
• Demonstrated experience integrating Agentic AI in servicing use cases
• Proficiency in creating REST API documentation using tools like Swagger
• Financial services industry experience
• Ability to optimize database queries and create advanced database objects
