• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with a track record of complex project delivery

• Expertise in designing distributed backend systems and scalable solutions using modern JVM languages (Java or Kotlin)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring engineering teams
• Experience managing high‑performing teams that build scalable and reliable systems
• Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
