Concrete & Fixtures Specialist

Coast Pavement Services is a growing, locally-owned, construction company looking for a full-time fixtures and concrete specialist to join the team! We are seeking a motivated and skilled person with experience in concrete repair, fixture installation, and general construction experience. The ideal candidate can work independently as well as on a small team, communicate effectively with both customers and project managers, and does quality work that they are proud of.

• Perform concrete repairs, patching, and surface restoration with precision.
• Install or remove fixtures, anchors, and other structural elements as required.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and safety guidelines.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and small machinery as needed for site work.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
• Work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing field conditions or priorities.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, supervisors, and clients to coordinate daily tasks and resolve issues promptly.

• 2–3 years of experience in concrete work, construction labor, or related trades preferred.
• Knowledge of basic power tools
• Some equipment operating experience helpful but not necessary
• Operate equipment in accordance with Coast Pavement Services safety guidelines, Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). as well as local, municipal, state and federal laws.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must have integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing
• Our operation is local, with most of the work occurring during the day, Monday-Friday; but this position is unique in that it will require travel, weekend and night work. This is a 40 or more hours a week position.
