Lead Technician

The Lead Technician plays a pivotal role in managing disaster response and crisis management activities for water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard clean‑up. They meet with customers, guide them through the process, assess the scope of work, and oversee the development of other technicians working onсаў the job.

• Minimum of 1 year of field experience.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification REQUIRED and;
• IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration Certification (FSRT) or;

• Company CRM
• Xactimate
• MICA

• Must be willing to wear a company‑provided uniform.

• Valid Driver’s License andbuch ability to drive company vehicles.
• Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work for extended periods in large and confined spaces.
• Able to work for extended periods with appropriate respirator equipment – Must pass respirator fit test and medical evaluation.
