Job Title:

Snow Removal On Call Labor Urgent Hire!
Pay: $24/hr days, $26/hr nights

Hours:

As needed per weather events

Employees will meet at shop locations (I-205 & Sandy Blvd) or (18480 SW Pacific Drive, Tualatin) and go with crew to jobsites

As a Snow Removal On Call Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting operations, by assisting with snow removal projects during inclement weather events on multiple client locations


* Most recent work history must be physical in nature as this position is very physical and working in inclement weather

What You'll Do:

As a Snow Removal On Call Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Shoveling walkways and entrances
• Spreading deicer or sand by hand
• Supporting on-site snow crew leads as needed

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to work on an on-call basis from 4-13 hrs per day/night
• Reliable transportation to reach a designated job site or dispatch yard
• Cold-weather gear, including waterproof boots
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions, including snow, ice, and freezing temperatures
