** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access, or policy concerns.

+ Monitor access points and control entry and exit by checking identification, verifying authorization, and directing traffic flow for employees, deliveries, and scheduled contractors.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and local emergency services as directed by post orders.

+ Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and handoffs.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer Service Experience - preferred.

+ Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
