* · Obtain and maintain your State Life & Health Insurance license, and complete the DSI Advisor Training Program
· Develop a fundamental and technical understanding of the specialized Disability Income and Life Insurance products DSI offers
· Clearly communicate our program options to clients via both phone and email
· Be able to answer client questions on products, enrollment instructions, policy comparisons
· Cross-sell products by explaining need and value depending on client’s profile
· Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system, following the DSI sales process

* · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· CRM or similar agency management software experience, preferred

· Ability to listen carefully, identify needs, and empathize with clients
