Horticulture Inside Sales Rep; NOT Remote

Sherwood, Oregon. Temp To Hire. March 14, 2025.

We are a horticulture supply & outdoor living products manufacturer and distributor seeking motivated, career-oriented, outgoing sales reps. This is NOT a remote position. This is IN PERSON in Sherwood, Oregon!

• Prior sales experience is required, particularly TELEMARKETING and we need folks who are motivated by commission and can ask for the order! Minimum of two years of verifiable sales experience is required.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail is critical.
• Honesty and integrity are imperative.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Consistent employment history.
• Good typing skills and familiarity with WORD, EXCEL programs is important.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to work the phones.
• Must be outgoing, with a positive attitude.
• General work hours are Monday through Friday.
• Experience or at least a strong interest in gardening/agriculture/horticulture industries is desired.
• You must be results driven, self-motivated and overall; POSITIVE.
• Field sales rep positions are also open. You may be able to take out of state field sales trips and attend trade shows which will increase your commission potential.

• Conduct routine outbound business to business telephone calls.
• Obtain a working knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Will be assigned a territory to develop. The ability to travel to make sales calls and attend trade shows periodically will greatly enhance your sales, although we have also a position for inside sales reps who will not need to travel.
