Inside Sales - Sales Development Representative

• Support the order process, including account verification and inventory checks
• Maintain and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce)

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related field
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Ability to solve problems and think strategically
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken

• Proven commercial experience in life sciences or NGS
• Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and/or prospecting tools
• Familiarity with commercial business operations and the sales lifecycle
