What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closure
  • Implement solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
  • Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex accounts with transactions of $500k+ ARR
  • Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to engage in strategic outbound prospecting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and IT
  • Awards or recognition for top sales achievements (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle)
