What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with the assigned territory
  • Provide tailored solutions to address customer and partner inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
  • Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, negotiations, and closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a technology or software environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with customers and partners
  • Ability to lead a virtual team and manage sales processes collaboratively
  • Understanding of identity security solutions and competitive landscape
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with identity security solutions from competitors like Microsoft and Okta
  • Previous experience working with partners in a sales capacity
  • Background in a high-growth technology company
