What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory and maintain high customer service standards
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
  • Lead and manage the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing processes
  • Engage with customers and partners to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product value
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead virtual teams
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other reporting tools for sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales‑related field
  • Experience in identity security or related technology markets
  • Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
  • Established network of contacts within the identity security industry
  • Experience with strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
