- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales‑related field
- Experience in identity security or related technology markets
- Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- Established network of contacts within the identity security industry
- Experience with strategic account management and stakeholder engagement
