We’re looking for a Key Account Manager, Project Sales to join our Professional Trade North team in Baltics (Latvia or Lithuania).

As a Key Account Manager, Project Sales you’ll be responsible for creating and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships with major key accounts in B2B segment (
investors, end-users, designers, installers, partners
, etc). Together with a team of great colleagues you curate custom offerings and develop new market opportunities.

• You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large trade key accounts (e.g. installers, partners, distributors, electrical wholesalers) by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions.

• You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities.

• You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's challenges and taking on a solution-based approach.

• You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability.

• You will ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience in a key account management role offering technical solutions in a B2B market in Baltics

• Learning agility and drive for achieving

• Stakeholder management skills

• Relationship building and excitement about working with people

• Very good English skills (both orally and in writing) is a must.
