What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify opportunities within the territory that align with the employer's solutions and execute the sales process for those accounts
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) on account and opportunity strategies to drive new business
  • Utilize a solution‑oriented sales approach to understand prospect needs and demonstrate how the employer's solutions can complement their strategies
  • Work closely with other commercial personnel to align on strategy and execution for client accounts
  • Maintain a proactive and motivated approach in a rapidly growing organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience selling health and/or benefits solutions to self‑insured employers
  • In‑depth knowledge of GLP‑1s and their impact on the employee benefits industry
  • Proven track record of successful quota achievement and sales awards
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree;
    Pharm

    D preferred but not required

  • Capability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure
  • Energy to motivate prospects to take action
  • Demonstrated discipline and motivation to work independently
