What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Manage customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
  • Execute a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
  • Embody and promote the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting to drive new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts with transactions of $500k+
  • Experience in handling enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and pipeline methodology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
  • Recognition for top achievement (e.g., President’s club, Winner’s circle, Top 10%)
  • Passion for operations and improving business processes
