Job Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a robust sales pipeline for assigned territory, ensuring accurate forecasting and meeting revenue quotas
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies, engaging internal resources to deliver value to key IT and business leaders
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to position the employer as a strategic partner
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract finalization, coordinating efforts with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactively identify and acquire new logo business within the territory, navigating target accounts effectively
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to engage customers and demonstrate executive presence
  • Strong experience in leading complex sales processes and fostering collaboration among teams
  • Exceptional territory management and prospecting skills with a successful track record in sales
  • Ability to apply customer insights and technology expertise to solve complex data challenges
  • Authenticity and a Challenger Mindset in engaging with customers and addressing their business challenges
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the data storage or technology industry
  • Familiarity with multi-stakeholder sales environments and strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in leveraging technology to drive business solutions
  • Previous success in opening new accounts and cultivating a healthy sales pipeline
  • Engagement in community-building efforts or diversity initiatives within a workplace
