- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Approximately 5 years of wholesaling experience in life insurance products
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance business and sales processes
- Life license, Series 6 or Series 7, and Series 63 registrations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships
- Industry-recognized designations such as CLU, CHFC, or CFP
- Understanding of Advanced Markets
- Motivated, energetic individual with autonomous driving capabilities
