What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with agents in a captive agency sales force
  • Provide case development and design support for life insurance products
  • Deliver sales presentations to agents and clients, emphasizing product enhancements
  • Proactively collaborate with management to align sales strategies
  • Conduct individual meetings and large group sessions to provide ongoing sales support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 5 years of wholesaling experience in life insurance products
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance business and sales processes
  • Life license, Series 6 or Series 7, and Series 63 registrations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry-recognized designations such as CLU, CHFC, or CFP
  • Understanding of Advanced Markets
  • Motivated, energetic individual with autonomous driving capabilities
