What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Target, approach, and acquire new high-value customers based on their strategic business travel and meetings & events requirements
  • Collaborate to deliver creative sales solutions and participate in industry thought leadership activities
  • Develop a deep understanding of product solutions and offer a consultative sales approach to support customer strategies
  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline to meet and exceed quota attainment
  • Manage CRM to ensure accurate recording of customer activity and data for reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Several years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally in B2B enterprise sales within the large enterprise segment
  • Proven commercial experience in a meetings & events role, working with senior and C-level executives
  • Strong ability to drive new business strategy in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC methodology for sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in the business travel or meetings & events industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial contracts
  • Proficient in analyzing complex customer data and using CRM tools effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment under pressure
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
