What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell eDiscovery solutions to target law firms and corporations throughout the United States
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Maintain high levels of activity through phone calls, prospecting emails, and in-person meetings
  • Develop strategies and execute plans to build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Research and communicate industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA or BS in a related field or equivalent success in sales
  • Proven record in selling eDiscovery services, SaaS, or similar tech solutions
  • Strong understanding of software technology and the eDiscovery industry
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • JD or Paralegal background
  • Strong negotiation skills for terms, pricing, and contracts
  • Customer-centric approach with an emphasis on understanding client challenges
  • Experience in a tech sales environment
