- BA or BS in a related field or equivalent success in sales
- Proven record in selling eDiscovery services, SaaS, or similar tech solutions
- Strong understanding of software technology and the eDiscovery industry
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
- JD or Paralegal background
- Strong negotiation skills for terms, pricing, and contracts
- Customer-centric approach with an emphasis on understanding client challenges
- Experience in a tech sales environment
