What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Listen to customers to understand their business and security challenges and advise on Mitiga's value
  • Engage with CISOs and security operations teams to build credibility and thought leadership
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue across the US, meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver successful results
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working in sales at early‑stage startups, understanding challenges in high‑growth environments
  • Proven success in managing mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles and navigating complex buying processes
  • Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality and ability to generate leads in greenfield territories
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) solutions and familiarity with security operations tools
  • Established relationships within the US cybersecurity space, particularly with security executives and decision‑makers
