Our hardware store is seeking a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate who is ready to provide outstanding customer service and help keep our store running smoothly.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hardware, tools, lumber, paint, and building materials
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Stock shelves, build displays, and keep the sales floor organized
• Unload freight and help maintain inventory
• Work as part of a team to create a positive shopping experience

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, or home improvement products (preferred but not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
