Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Open the store to the public at its scheduled time.
• Start all heavy machinery and verify register counts match end‑of‑day counts.
• Manage safe and cash handling responsibilities.
• Upload daily reports to the drive.
• Check managing reports for sheet‑out stack, pizza rack, and dough count.
• Oversee employees during shift.
• Respond to customer requests.
• Complete Zenput tasks.

• Verify safe counts match with opening manager and secure the safe.
• Check managing reports for inventory consistency.
• Oversee employees and hand out change to cashiers.
• Confirm all cash handling exchanges and safe check‑in.
• Close registers end‑of‑day.
• Complete cleaning tasks.
• Complete Zenput tasks.
• Act as keyholder and lock up store.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
