Viridian Staffing's () Clients are looking for Retail Managers and Retail Team Leads for Cannabis Retail Stores south of Portland, Oregon (Tigard, Milwaukie, Sherwood area).

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing () is the original, professional staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

As a Retail Store Manager / Retail Team Lead, you will get the opportunity to direct bud tenders, along with opening and/or closing the store. You will follow and ensure that all team members are following standard operating procedures. You are known for your ability to inspire your staff to drive sales, keep the store fully stocked, and provide a great customer service environment.

You have a "Lead by Example" approach, which has influenced your team in the past to strive for continuous improvement. You take pride in ensuring the store's appearance is welcoming and has an environment where customers get excited about returning.

You'll bring with you 1+ year of experience managing retail teams and ideally have at least 6 months of experience as a shift lead/assistant manager of bud tenders. You have experience managing all aspects of a retail store from inventory and vendor relationships to scheduling and coaching. You should be compliance-driven, while also creating a safe, customer-focused environment.
You must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will have the opportunity to lead a team who shares your passion for cannabis. You must have an OLCC Marijuana Workers permit or be eligible to obtain one quickly. Pay Range: $42,000-$48,000
